PLC

The Parent Leadership council is a group of parents of Language Enriched Pupils that meet in each school district.

The purpose of the PLC is to encourage parental involvement and participation in the LEP education.

The PLC encourages open communication between parents of LEP and the schools. The Florida Consent Decree for LEP, filed by META requires that every school have a PLC membership composed of at least 51% of parents of LEP.
